1. Order Processing
At Rüf Ease, we aim to get your order to your doorstep quickly and safely.All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another with tracking details once it ships.Orders placed after 3 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times vary depending on location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days after fulfillment.Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected carrier.Rüf Ease is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather-related disruptions. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@rufease.com so we can help resolve the issue.
