1. Our Promise
At Rüf Ease, we care about your experience as much as your dog’s well-being. Every order is inspected before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. We stand behind the quality of our hemp-derived treats and are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are consumable pet items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@rufease.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll issue either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Opened or partially used products, promotional items, and purchases older than 30 days cannot be returned.
3. Contact & Compliance
All Rüf Ease products are hemp-derived, third-party lab tested, and contain less than 0.3 % Δ9-THC on a dry-weight basis in compliance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill.
